Abstract

The areas of activity of the Research Area of Oenology at the Laimburg Research Centre are very broad and range from the vinification of viticultural studies, wine technology experiments, oenological consulting and the organization of technical events. Sensory analysis plays an essential role for carrying-out and evaluating experiments, and the department can draw on decades of know-how.
